1. Eligibility

The competition is open to massage, aesthetics, spa, and wellness professionals from all countries.

2. Registration

A participant is considered officially registered only after completing the registration form and paying the participation fee.

3. Categories of Participation

Each participant may compete in two categories, which are included in the participation fee.

4. Duration of Performance Rounds

Each competition round lasts 45 minutes. A 15-minute break is provided between rounds for preparation of the workspace and participants.

5. Compliance with the Schedule

Participants are required to arrive on time and strictly follow the official schedule established by the organizers.

6. Workspace, Equipment and Hygiene

Participants are responsible for preparing their workspace and bringing all equipment, tools, products, and materials required for their performance.

Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and professional presentation of the workspace is mandatory throughout the competition. All equipment, tools, and products used during the performance must be clean, safe, and suitable for professional use.

7. Models

Participants may work with their own model or request a model provided by the organizers. Requests for organizer-provided models must be submitted in advance according to the deadlines established by the organizers.

8. Professional Conduct

Participants must demonstrate professional behavior and show respect toward judges, models, organizers, sponsors, and fellow participants at all times.

9. Safety and Insurance

All treatments must be performed safely and in accordance with professional standards and practices. Each participant is personally responsible for maintaining valid health and accident insurance coverage during the event.

10. Political and Religious Neutrality

The International Aesthetics Festival maintains a strictly neutral position regarding political, religious, and ideological matters. Political, religious, or ideological discussions, demonstrations, or promotional activities are not permitted during the event.

11. Prohibited Actions

Any action that may endanger a model, disrupt the event, violate festival rules, or negatively affect other participants is strictly prohibited.

12. Photography and Video Recording

Photography and video recording of participants’ performances, techniques, educational presentations, and competition activities by participants, models, guests, or visitors are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized photo or video recording may result in removal from the festival without refund. Official photography and video coverage will be provided exclusively by the festival’s authorized media team.

13. Music and Sound Environment

The organizers reserve the exclusive right to select and manage all music and audio content played during the competition. Personal music requested by participants may not be used during competition rounds.

This policy ensures equal conditions, smooth event management, and a consistent professional atmosphere for all participants.

14. Judges’ Decisions

All decisions made by the judging panel are final.

15. Changes to the Program

The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, categories, venue arrangements, or other organizational matters.

This category focuses on the fundamentals of professional facial massage and the delivery of a structured, high-quality treatment.

Participants may use gua sha, kansa wands, facial rollers, massage stones, maderotherapy tools, or other professional facial massage instruments.

This category focuses on relaxation, balance, holistic wellness, and the ability to create a complete body and face massage experience.

This category focuses on professional body contouring through manual massage techniques. Participants are encouraged to demonstrate effective body shaping, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite, sculpting, and body modeling techniques.

The Beginner Category was created for therapists with less than 2 years of professional experience in massage or facial therapy.

The world’s first international competition category dedicated exclusively to professional Head Spa Massage.

📍 Please note:

The focus of the evaluation is on the quality of manual techniques, including work with the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, and décolleté.

⚠️ Hair cleansing, cosmetic products, or hair care rituals may be included, but they are not the main part of the treatment and will not replace professional manual massage.
